By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to the following terms, which govern all work carried out by Bcombrand \u2014 operated by independent professionals Girling Adriana M\u00e1rquez Flores<\/strong> y Luis Enrique Barroeta Valero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

1. Services Offered<\/h2>\n

We offer branding, graphic design, web design, digital marketing, social media content, image and video editing, AI-generated visual content, and other creative services for clients worldwide.<\/p>\n

2. Project Scope and Revisions<\/h2>\n

Each project includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional revisions beyond this scope may be billed separately.<\/p>\n

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n

All deliverables and intellectual property produced by Bcombrand remain the property of Bcombrand until full payment is received. Upon receiving the final payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, unless stated otherwise in the agreement.<\/p>\n

4. Payment Terms<\/h2>\n

We typically require an upfront payment of 30% to 50%<\/strong> of the total project cost. The remaining balance is due prior to the final delivery of the agreed assets or services.<\/p>\n
