Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to the following terms, which govern all work carried out by Bcombrand — operated by independent professionals Girling Adriana Márquez Flores and Luis Enrique Barroeta Valero.

1. Services Offered

We offer branding, graphic design, web design, digital marketing, social media content, image and video editing, AI-generated visual content, and other creative services for clients worldwide.

2. Project Scope and Revisions

Each project includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional revisions beyond this scope may be billed separately.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All deliverables and intellectual property produced by Bcombrand remain the property of Bcombrand until full payment is received. Upon receiving the final payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

4. Payment Terms

We typically require an upfront payment of 30% to 50% of the total project cost. The remaining balance is due prior to the final delivery of the agreed assets or services.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • International bank transfers
  • Zelle
  • USDT
  • PayPal

5. Confidentiality and White Label

We respect the confidentiality of all client projects. Upon request, we can work under white-label arrangements or refrain from publicly showcasing the work. All agreements regarding confidentiality must be made in writing.

6. Modifications and Scope Changes

If the scope of a project changes significantly after the start date, we reserve the right to update the delivery timelines and adjust the budget accordingly.

7. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate a project at any time with written notice. In such case, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Jurisdiction

Bcombrand is operated by freelancers located in Venezuela, serving clients internationally. Any legal matters arising from our services will be discussed and resolved in good faith with respect to both parties’ interests.
